Did you know a good sniff walk can tire your dog out more than a game of fetch? 👃✨

When dogs are allowed time to sniff, they’re not just exploring smells... Their brain is working overtime gathering info about the world around them!

Our secure field at Wembury Walkies is the perfect place for a sniff walk. Full of natural countryside scents, an outstanding view across Wembury Bay & plenty of freedom for your dog to explore at their own pace.

The British Firework Championships are lighting up Plymouth tonight & tomorrow, which means it’s time to prepare our furry friends 🎆

Beautiful displays might be awe-inspiring for us, but for our pets the bright skies and constant bangs can cause distress! Here's a few things you can do to help:

🐾 Get your dog walk in early, so they’re tucked up at home before the noise begins

🏠 Set up a cosy spot with their bed, blankets & favourite toys. Close the curtains and keep your TV or music on to help minimise the sights & sounds

🦴 Long lasting chews, puzzle toys and playing games can help keep your pet's mind busy & provide a positive experience for your dog

Displays start from 9.30pm! Wishing you a peaceful night 💙

We’ve got the sea breeze, a hose on-site for cooling off & a shelter for lounging in the shade. Perfect for a relaxed, cool visit!

After reopening briefly yesterday, the Narrows are once again closed for water pipe repair. Please allow extra time to travel today, and you can still get to us via Wembury Village 🐶

It's another gorgeous day 🌞

Make sure to keep you and your pup hydrated at the field - we have a tap for drinks and to cool off!

We're also looking at getting a freestanding umbrella or parasol, as well as our shelter, to provide extra shade around the field!

Remember: you can always message us to reschedule if it's too hot for your pooch 🐶
