I came into work to see my dearest friend had done this for my 50th birthday today, i have had beautiful flowers, chocolates, cards from customers, people just popping in to say happy birthday. I just wanted to say a massive Thankyou as it truly means the world to me xx

This time of year is when pixie (my daughters old girl) comes to stay with us, as not many fireworks can be heard from our house. Today she enjoyed coming to work with her nana for a pamper day 🥰

Good news!
As from today i can return to normal regular appointments! As you can imagine i am busy re-booking everyone in and continuing to groom welfare appointments.
Please bare with me while i reply to previous messages for appointments. All appointments already booked from now can be kept.
If over the next few days i have not got back to you please let me know as i do not want to miss anyone.

Just a quick update
It looks like current restrictions will be in place until the 12 April....
I am keeping an eye on DEFRA updates over the next few days as they filter through.

As you know i can groom for welfare.

Anyone that has been affected with appointments by our current situation please contact me if you feel your dog needs my attention sooner than dates released today.

Grooming update

Following my anouncement of closing for general maintenance grooming of dogs due to DEFRA update. I am not open for business as usual. BUT I can now open periodically for welfare grooms only.

Groomers are to use our knowledge of our clients and breed type to help determine a welfare groom. I now have a system in place to do this as a record of assessment should be kept.

You are allowed to travel to groomer for a booked welfare groom.

I understand you may think this is excessive but as a professional and caring groomer these are the rules i have to follow to stay within guidelines for both myself and you.

If you can wait until we are allowed to resume normal trading it has been highly recommended you do so. Dogs just needing a freshen up and tidy unfortunately cannot be groomed at this time unless it comes under welfare.

Please understand these rules are not my own if i could stay open as normal i most definitely would 😊 as salon has been set up for covid safety since may.

I will be contacting everyone that is already booked in week by week to cancel/postpone and book any appropriate appointments.

I am here for ANY worries or concerns regarding your dogs grooming needs and will help.
