Just a quick reminder that Pilling Poultry is open Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm while we’re away for a week.

💔 A very difficult post for us to write… 💔

After a lot of thought, we have made the heartbreaking decision to find a new home for our beautiful charcoal Labrador, Maggie.

Maggie is 5 years old and absolutely adores people. She is affectionate, loyal, loves attention and enjoys being part of family life. Unfortunately, Maggie does not get on with other female dogs, which has become increasingly difficult for us to manage within our busy kennel environment.

⚠️ It is absolutely essential that Maggie is rehomed to a home without other female dogs. ⚠️

This is non-negotiable, and her future home must fully understand and respect this requirement. Aside from this, Maggie is a wonderful dog with so much love to give and deserves a happy, loving home where she can thrive.

🏡 We are looking for the very best home for her, and we will not be rushing this decision.

If you feel you could offer Maggie the home she deserves, please send us a private message with some information about yourself and your circumstances.

🔥 WOW… WHAT A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND! 🔥

You lot absolutely cleaned us out! 😳🐔

After one of the busiest and hottest Bank Holiday weekends we’ve ever had, we were left with just 12 hens! What an amazing success… although it did have us slightly worried for a few hours! 😂

Thankfully, a very early delivery yesterday morning brought us 450 new birds, so we’re fully stocked and ready to go again! 💪 As well as our pure breed growers always coming through ❤️

Our gorgeous Lemon Pyle Brahma chicks are growing beautifully and are now looking for happy homes 🏡

We also have plenty of fertile hatching eggs and chicks available, with growers and point of lay Brahmas coming soon in all colours 👀✨
