NOTICE TO ALL

THIS IS FOR ALL CLIENTS (FRIENDS OR FAMILY)

If you book transport with me you will be billed and invoiced exactly the same way as any other client and payment will be made the day before I leave to collect your animals.

Unfortunately I do not have the time to chase payments for days on end. You don’t go to the shop and pay when you feel. The service has been done, my details have been sent so please pay.

I’m trying to run a business not a charity. I will be adding on a late payment fee to friends and family if this continues. Sorry guys

Hello

From now on a video will be made of my lorry stating the date and the name of each client before I load any horse. This is to provide the current state of my lorry.

Sadly I’ve had damage caused resulting in the matting being taken up and now needs either replacing or repaired if possible. Sadly the client has now blocked me and said they refuse to pay ANY damages to my lorry even after reading my T&Cs and wanting to go ahead with said booking.

Blocking me won’t work unfortunately as I do have the home address of this client from the invoice and the email so I will be taking this further if needed.

It’s extremely disappointing as I’ve don’t my best for the horses welfare having to return him home before more damage and injury to the horse was caused. I was told (not to my face) there was a ventilation issue with the lorry.

I’ve got fans on bored and I had already put them on leaving the collection point and ALL windows were open in the box. I’ve never had a ventilation issue with this lorry and infact it’s very spacious and airflow issue very good.

I should not need to justify myself but from now on this is what I will do and the video will be sent to the bill payer/horses owner. Also please ensure your horses are insured..
