The UK heatwave is on its way - and with some areas forecast to hit 38°C, it’s not just heatstroke we need to be thinking about. ☀️

But sunburn in dogs? That’s something a lot of people don’t realise can happen.
Dogs with light-coloured coats, pink skin, thin coats, hairless breeds, or certain skin conditions can be more vulnerable - especially during extreme temperatures like the ones heading our way.
Knowing what to look out for could help you spot a problem early and keep your dog safe and comfortable during the heatwave.
