As another year comes to a close. Grooms finished, final few presents bought and wrapped (well almost), now its time to put our feet up, sit back and relax for a few days and spend time with friends and family and of course our pooches.

But before we go, we want to thank you firstly and foremost for your continued support throughout the year, but also for all our gifts, cards, homemade treats, flowers and tips. We are extremely grateful.

All thats left to do is to wish you all a fabulous xmas. Eat, drink and be merry 🥂 And we look forward to seeing you in 2026 🎄

It's been a hot one today 🥵 so to help keep our customers comfortable whilst being groomed we've been running the air-conditioning at full blast but even that wasn't enough today, so we've opted for dry trims.

Customers have washed their dogs at home prior to bringing them into the salon. Then we've brushed them out, deknotted and trimmed as normal. And it's worked really well. Dogs have been trimmed so are more comfortable, and without any risk of over heating (for both them and us) whilst being dryed.

Which means dogs are trimmed in less time and it costs less, so win win.

If this is something you would be interested in moving forward, especially during the hot weather, please let me know.

NB, this approach may not be suitable for all situations.

Latest update.

With the help of our travel operator we've managed to secure a flight home for later today, arriving back home late tomorrow afternoon. No thanks to Virgin Atlantic 🙄 All being well we will be back and ready to get to work soon xx

Urgent update: We have unfortunately been caught up in the Heathrow power outage issue. As a result our flight home has been cancelled and we are waiting to hear when we will be able to fly home. It's looking increasingly unlikely that we will be home over the weekend. If you have an appointment booked at the start of next week we may need to reschedule your appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Well that's a wrap, another year done and dusted. Just enough time left to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful, thoughtful, kind customers, not just for our christmas gifts but for your support throughout the year. And of course all our furry friends that genuinely make coming to work a pleasure.

Christmas is a time for celebrating and spending time with loved ones but I just wanted to take a few moments to remember those furry family members that have passed over the rainbow bridge this year. You will be terribly missed by us all.

It's not often I'm lost for words. But credit where credit is due. The owner of this gorgeous girl has done an amazing job of keeping on top of her lovely long coat. Her visit was a bath and brush out, whilst checking for any hidden knots, no trimming required.
