🤍 Benji 💙

Thank you to Emanay and her team for the kindness and caring you showed us when we brought in our beloved Benji to say our final goodbyes. This is the second time we have used Lakeview Pet Crematorium - Market Deeping for a private cremation of a pet and I would highly recommend them. The Empathy and Compassion is above and beyond…

Once again many thanks 🤍💙

Arnie, the beautiful African Grey 🕊️

While we’re not certain of his exact age, Arnie shared 23 wonderful years with his loving family — a life full of companionship and memories.

Tasha chose to have Arnie returned home in this beautiful candle, alongside this stunning hand-painted portrait by Emma. What a truly special and meaningful tribute to such a loved companion.
I have tagged Emma’s page below 👇🏼

Thank you for trusting me to look after him 🤍

One question I’m often asked by families is about home euthanasia and whether it is possible to say goodbye to their pet in the comfort of their own home.

For many pets and their owners, being in a familiar and peaceful environment can make such a difference compared to the clinical setting of a veterinary practice. The most important thing is that the end of life feels right for you and your beloved companion.

If you are considering home euthanasia, there are three local home vets I would happily recommend:

• Dignified Pet Farewells with Mark The Home Vet
- Vetical The Home Vets
- Blue Wolf Vets

All three are truly lovely and care deeply about the families and pets they support.

Their catchment areas do vary, so I would recommend reaching out to each of them, reading their reviews, and choosing the one that best suits your needs and location.

They can also work closely with us here. In many cases they are able to provide a full service — caring for your pet at home, bringing them to the crematorium, and even returning your pet’s ashes back to you. Alternatively, if you prefer, you are always welcome to bring your pet to us yourself.

There is no right or wrong way when it comes to saying goodbye. The most important thing is choosing the option that feels most peaceful and right for you and your pet. 🐾

Customer Review 🩷 We cannot thank Emanay enough for all she has done for us. We’ve lost 3 Cavaliers in as many years, most recently our beloved Lilly Bee, who was not only my spirit guide, but registered as my Emotional Assistance Animal. From the initial phone call to the final collection Emanay has treated all our pets with the utmost respect, dignity and care, making a heartbreaking time a little easier to bear.

The set up is beautiful with a little room with flowers, candles and music where your pet lays at peace. Everything is arranged by appointment so you’ll never have to worry about disturbance whilst you spend your final moments to say your goodbyes.

The personal touches , paw prints, even the little packet of forget me nots in the lovely card she wrote so you can plant them in your garden to remember your pets.

We’ve never met a person with so much empathy, we’d even travelled out of County to see Lilly Bee off on her final journey and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our precious fur babies.

Words can’t express our gratitude to you Emanay but we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

🌷 Mother’s Day 🌷

Today we celebrate all the wonderful mums and pet mums who fill our lives with love.

We’re also thinking of those who are missing their mum today, and those remembering a beloved pet who is no longer by their side.

The love between family and our pets is something truly special, and those bonds never fade.

Sending love and gentle thoughts to everyone today. 🤍🐾

This one is very close to home. 🤍

This is Xena, my grandma’s beautiful Doberman who sadly passed away on Tuesday at 11 years old. She was a much loved member of the family.

My grandma chose to have Xena home in this gorgeous memorial photo frame. It can be wall hung or standing, either portrait or landscape. Xena’s ashes are carefully concealed inside the back of the frame, and the ashes box can easily be removed to add photos.

The photos were printed straight away by Gordon's Photographic who also kindly copied the original paw prints I took into a black and white photo copy. I always use inkless paw prints, and I recommend having them copied as the originals are a grey tone.

Xena was a patient at Priory Veterinary Practice Stamford her whole life, and she had a very special relationship with Vicky.

Some kind words from my grandma about Vicky and the team at Priory:

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Vicky of Priory Vets Bourne/Stamford for the care she has given Xena over the years for her various health issues. Vicky was always caring and compassionate and because of that Xena trusted her. She was with her at her time of rest as were other members of my family and Xena fell asleep with people around her who loved and cared for her and that included Vicky. I cannot speak highly enough of Priory Vets.”

Thank you to everyone who helped make such a difficult time a little more peaceful for our family. 🐾🤍

This is Wells, who sadly passed away just before his 14th birthday. He was a very much loved member of the family and will always hold a special place in their hearts. 🐾

His family chose to bring Wells home in a scatter tube and laid him to rest beneath an apple tree in their garden. His mum’s ashes are also buried there with him, making it a very special place where they can both rest together.

What a beautiful and meaningful way to honour such a loved companion. 🤍

Thank you to Wells’ family for trusting us to care for him and sharing these photos with me 🤍
