Thank you to everyone who has ordered an Easter Cookie Box over the last few weeks! I’ve loved doing a new product and keep your eyes peeled because new cookie boxes are coming!

Really enjoyed making some big celebration cakes this week too and this Cookie inspired Birthday cake is definitely a new favourite of mine!
Chocolate sponge with Vanilla buttercream, chocolate drip and a box of my cookies added for decoration!!

My availability for celebration cakes and cupcakes will be slightly less from now on due to starting back at ‘one of’ my regular hustles within the next week. So if ordering, please give as much notice as possible so I can try and guarantee availability for all orders 💗

I guess this is the perfect opportunity to say hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m Cat, and during lockdown last year, Simply Iced was born! I have a LOT of time off from the day job as cabin crew and decided to take advantage of something I really love to do!

It’s been a privilege making all your baked goodies this weekend. To all my lovely customers, thank you thank you thank you! And to this fab guy ⬇️ thank you for being my voluntary delivery driver and putting up with my baking meltdowns!
