Pershore And Evesham Puppy School We provide puppy classes for puppies up to 20 weeks old and follow on classes for the older dog too. All our classes use kind, positive reward based techniques.

Welcome to the Pershore and Evesham Puppy School page!. At Pershore and Evesham Puppy School we offer a range of classes, Puppy School for vaccinated puppies up to 20 weeks old, Puppy University which is our follow on class for young dogs and the older puppy who have either attended our Puppy School class or who have done some kind of formal training before. In addition we offer Young Dog

classes for dogs who missed out on formal training, Advanced dog classes as a follow on to Puppy University. Pershore and Evesham Puppy school is part of the Puppy school network of puppy schools set up by the behaviourist Gwen Bailey. As a puppy school trainer we have all undergone the same extensive training and as a result are recognised by the Animal Behaviour Training Council (ABTC), and I am registered with them as an Animal Training Instructor.

Our next set of Puppy School classes at Pershore and Evesham Puppy School start in September, if you have a new puppy starting Puppy training and socialisation early is so important, if you have a new puppy, come and join our next Puppy School class at Wyre Piddle village hall or Childswickham Memorial Hall.

Pershore and Evesham Puppy School offers puppy classes for puppies (under 20wks & fully vaccinated), we offer a comprehensive programme that has been carefully designed to take you through all the obedience basics and useful life skills giving you a good foundation for life with your new puppy.

In addition we now have weekly socialisation challenges to help you socialise your puppy to give them the best start in life, building their confidence and resilience with the world.

And we also offer regular Puppy Social walks so you can practise what you have learnt in class in the real world, plus have carefully controlled puppy play.

Due to the heat this week and that it's going to be hot for several hrs before class, I've had to make the decision to postpone this weeks classes. Emails have gone out to everyone attending.

This does mean our next Puppy School classes and Skills for Life - Bronze class will now be starting on Monday 1st September at Wyre Piddle and Tuesday 2nd at Childswickham.

*************** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ********************
All classes for this week have been postponed due to the heat.

I have emailed everyone, so there will be no Puppy Class on Monday at Wyre Piddle village hall, or Childswickham Hall on Tuesday. And no Young dog class due to start on Tuesday at Childswickham as well.

Please keep your pups cool, and walk earlier in the morning, and much later in the evening. Remember folks if you can't put the back of your hand on the pavement for more than 5 seconds its too hot for your dogs paws.

Classes will resume w.c 7th July.

Also this week our scent work groups finished their 3 week course. They have done amazingly, from playing and then finding a scent infused tuggy week 1, to week 3, searching for a tiny 0.2ml pipette of scented article. Everyone has improved each week and the handlers are starting to get in tune with the dog's subtle indications.

Brilliant work I couldn't be prouder, one of my favourite classes to teach!!

Well done to Dexter, Toti, Shep, Winnie, Hazel and Poppy!!

Also this week our Childswickham Puppies graduated, congratulations to Nero who was voted as most improved by his classmates, and Enzo won the award for the best Trick.

A huge well done everybody, you've really put in the time and effort and it really showed.

Congratulations to our Wyre Piddle Puppies who graduated this week. Also well done to Clemmie who was voted as the most improved by her class mates, and Edie won the award for best trick.
