Disclaimer of Liability and Agreement for Arena Hire:
We would like to advise you of the following Terms and Conditions of hire. Your safety is your own responsibility. We cannot

accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused to riders, horses or property and will permit horses and riders on to the premises on this basis only. All Hirers of the arena must hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance for the activities they are carrying out. Confirmation of any hire is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Hire charges must be paid on or prior to hire date. Vaccinations
All horses must have been fully vaccinated against Equine Influenza within the last 12 months. Passports will be checked before horses can be unloaded. Due to circumstances beyond our control it may be necessary to change or cancel booking. Where we consider the change as major you will be offered the option to accept the change or to receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking. We are not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages which may have been incurred as a result of the change. Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so they don’t interfere with any other bookings. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant. Hirers are requested to report any damaged/broken jumps, fences or any other hazards immediately. CCTV is in continuous operation. We reserve the right to halt any actions which we consider to be unsafe. No Smoking in the arenas, or any buildings. All clients and guests and customers are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. Racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons without giving reason. No horses to be left tied up outside wagon or trailers unattended. No mucking out onto lorry park. Litter is to be taken home or disposed of in bins
Children under 16 years must be supervised at all times. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to make good any such damage. Please be aware that vehicles, including farm machinery, may be moving around, so visitors must be vigilant at all times. There is a speed limit of 10 mph. Please Poo pick the arena during and straight after your hire. Please dispose of droppings in the wheelbarrow provided. It is mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet to current British standards at all times whilst mounted. Body protectors are advised, and suitable footwear must be worn. Dogs must be kept on leads and kept under control at all times. Any dog mess must be cleaned up. All hirers must bring someone with them or provide contact details in case of emergency.

Current situation at Holme Bottom is that everything is still very much frozen! 🥶
-9 this morning so it's going to take a while to thaw out.
Please see the photos and use your own judgement regarding travel if you wish to use the indoor arena.
