Showing dogs isn't just about turning up on the day it's about the planning and preparation. Next month Jonathan celebrates 34 years of dedication to the breed often referred to like marmite
I had the privilege of joining him some 13 years ago and through many years of ups and downs we together with Osian (9) & Menna(7) our children & our good friends Chris & Tasha accomplished something very special to us all. On Sunday Shwntarw accomplishments were overwhelming with our babies being shown in our local show Bull Terrier Club of Wales with a Welsh Judge Alison Robertsπ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ
Vinny took 1st in his first show in Novice Dog now in the loving home with Carl and Mirjanda.
Our Blod took 2nd in Puppy and Raven in Novice and in another loving home with Gary & Sue Tomlinson took 2nd too. π΅οΈ
The biggest shock but well deserved was Bear in the loving and caring home of Chris & Tasha who've show cased our boy to the max and their hard work and dedication paid off recieving DCC & BOB at the show. Together we've have been able to accomplish our dreams and the future is bright for both Shwntarw And Croesybullys..
It makes the early starts sleepless nights, continuous detriment to family life and balancing work a little easier. We'd like to thank foremost our amazing friends Peter & Julie Tidball who entrusted our Marge (Brongarn Autumnal Gold) who became the making of our kennel Shwntarw and who sadly past in July but what a legacy she has left with her children and grandchildren accomplishing so much.
No bigger accomplishment to win on home ground with a Welsh Judge and surrounded by some amazing ambassdors of the breed.
