At By The Drookit Dug, we value your time and trust that you value ours too. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations greatly affect our small business, as it’s often too late to fill the space.

Our Policy:
• Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the grooming price.
• No-shows (not attending your appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the grooming price.
• These fees will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding in exceptional circumstances.

Thank you for respecting our time and helping us keep our diary running smoothly.

Important Update – Pricing Change

To our valued customers,

We want to thank you for your continued support of The Drookit Dug! In order to keep providing the highest quality grooming services, we’ll be implementing a small price increase of £2–£5, depending on the size of your dog.

This change will take effect from the 15th of April and helps us cover rising costs while maintaining the care and attention your furry friends deserve.

If you have any questions or would like a quote based on your dog’s size, feel free to get in touch.
