As I understand it we can walk dogs that are 2m apart but Welsh, Scottish and Irish breeds have to stay at home.
Further guidance on Border Collies will be issued later today.

It seems we've started a new service - dog rescues! Yesterday I rescued a lovely cairn terrier from the middle of the road and the swerving traffic. All ended well as the rascal called Rascal enjoyed a lift back to his home.
