I love that we have inspired so many others to go down the route of starting clubs. Wherever you are, whatever your dog - clubs are a great way to be a part of a community. For us we have our working dogs clubs that have grown from success to success. The success of our clubs is down to the members that we have as they are the center of everything. Not myself or other trainers but the dogs. Watching as others start clubs so similar to Hull & East Yorkshire Protection Dog Club all over the country now is fantastic to see. I've consistently said that I started the club to raise standards and build a community and this is exactly what's happening.

As we've expanded our clubs in Yorkshire they have grown from strength to strength and they are certainly the highlight of my week. Our members become a part of Archer K9 and almost extended family and this I believe is what is our unique selling point. Its not a click its genuine commradary and no matter what club you join its great if you can find that and develop your handling skills and your dogs.

Near the end of my first week back at "work" I've had a reminder how important these clubs are to some people and those who can't make it how much they miss it. To all of our members, past and present - without exception I salute you for enriching our clubs and my own life.

Here's to continuing this for the rest of the year and beyond.

First session back after the break today with great work put in by dogs and handler's reaping excellent rewards.
Love working with people who want and desire a positive relationship with their dogs and are willing to put the hard work in to achieve this. 👏🐕‍🦺🐾

Club training this week moved to a new venue courtesy of Lindsey Lodge Hospice @ Scunthorpe.
After a round of obedience, heelwork to hone the handler skills we broke off from the Gundogs to run through some advanced drills to test dogs and handler's.
Excellent work from everyone with some videos to follow.
Well done everyone 👏👏👏
