IMPORTANT PAYMENT REMINDER – STAYS 🐾

Just a heads-up regarding payments for stays.

Due to some payments not being made within the agreed timeframe, please remember that all remaining balances must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of your stay, unless a payment plan has been agreed with me beforehand.

If payment has not been received by the deadline and no prior arrangement has been made, your booking may be cancelled and the space reopened to other clients. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable.

This policy is in place for an important reason. Reserving your dates means that space is held specifically for you and may prevent me from accepting other bookings. It also allows me to plan staffing, schedules and all other aspects of the business properly, ensuring every animal booked into our care is fully accommodated for.

I completely understand that circumstances can change, so if you are having difficulty making payment by the deadline, please contact me before it is due so we can discuss a payment plan.

Thank you to everyone who respects my business policies and makes payments on time. Your understanding and continued support of Emily’s Pet Services is very much appreciated. 🐾🖤💛

Just 2 weeks old and already thriving — Mum is doing an absolutely amazing job with them. ❤️

These pups are already showing all the signs of becoming your traditional Labrador type — lovely chunky builds, decent bone, beautiful square heads and fantastic trainability, with their parents being proven examples of the breed.

They’re going to make absolutely stunning Labradors, and I’m so excited to watch their personalities and characters develop over the coming weeks.

EMILY’S PET SERVICES

Due to the high temperatures forecast tomorrow, all scheduled dog walks will be cancelled for the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in our care. 🐾

🚫 All walks cancelled
🚫 Training sessions may also be affected

🐶 Drop-in visits are available instead for toilet breaks, fresh water, feeding and some company where required.

I will be in touch directly with any clients whose bookings may be affected to discuss alternative arrangements.

The safety of every animal in our care will always come first. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. 🖤💛

🐾 NEW SERVICE – DAY TRAINING NOW AVAILABLE AT EMILY’S PET SERVICES! 🐾

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new Day Training Programme, available throughout August and September!

Does your dog need support with loose lead walking, recall, crate training, confidence building, socialisation or general obedience? Our Day Training Programme provides dedicated one-to-one training tailored to your dog’s individual needs.

Simply drop your dog off in the morning and collect them later that day, or collection and drop-off can be arranged for your convenience.

Throughout the day, your dog will enjoy structured training sessions, enrichment, rest periods and plenty of positive reinforcement. At the end of the day, you’ll receive a full progress update along with guidance on how to continue the training at home.

Whether you have a young puppy, an adolescent dog or an older dog needing a refresher, we’ll help them build confidence, improve their manners and develop lifelong skills.

It’s been a busy few full-on days here at Emily’s Pet Services! 🐾💛

From early mornings ragwort picking, mucking out, getting horses in and fed, filling hay nets, and caring for our equine clients, to puppy duties, drop-in visits, dog walks, daycare, and everything in between – it’s certainly been all go!

No two days are ever the same, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for keeping us so busy and for trusting us with your amazing animals.

Here’s to many more busy days doing what we love most! 🐶🐴🐱
