Please don’t walk your dog to their appointment signs of heat stroke and I will be cancelling your appointment

As we are all very much aware of this glorious weather, I can’t stress enough how important it is to not walk your dogs before their appointments!
If a dog presents into the salon with signs of heatstroke they will not be groomed and diverted straight to your vets.
I have water throughout the salon and able to safely open the back door to let a breeze through with fans.
If I think your dog isn’t coping during the appointment they will be sent home and rescheduled.

Sharing this again as the temperature is supposed to get to 30* this week.
Please don’t walk your dog down to the salon in the heat if you need to drop off earlier please get in touch I will have water available in salon and fans etc.
If you need to rearrange this week please let me know
