So today was the day!
I have hung up my dog walking boots after just over 10years.

1,000s of miles walked ( and driven!)
Countless treats, poo bags, and pairs of walking boots gone through.

This wasn’t just a job for me these dogs were like my own, they have made me laugh and cry and never judged me when I didn’t brush my hair 😂
I have been cold, wet and frozen through to the bone many many times, spent so much time covered in mud and washing mud off dogs too.

Starting up was a gamble after being made redundant but with the support of my husband I knew I could make it a success, it’s allowed me to be there for my son growing up and taught him to respect animals, he’s known every one of them since he could talk and shed tears with me for those that have since passed.

Today I took my final walk with Peggy, Nala, Freya, Peggy pup and Minnie.
I’m lucky enough to hopefully still see some of these guys as they are always welcome to stay.

I would like to thank everyone who has let me love and look after their dogs / cats even horses over the years and I am proud to have had my clients with me most since they were pups.
K-Cee helped raise a fair few pups in her time and Ace has a bond with Nala like no other ( she can find him anywhere!)

I am forever grateful and blessed for having these dogs in my life.
Below are just a few pictures out of about 7,000 that are on this page which I will leave open so you can all go through if you ever want to see pictures of your pups.
I think I found one or 2 of everyone over the years starting from the beginning.

Probably 1000’s of miles walked in all weathers and many, many treats handed out.
Today was my last day walking Poppy, Nell and Benson.
After 9 years of seeing them 2 + times a week nearly every week and seeing them grow and age came to an end.
As my new business grows I have started to cut down my dog walking days which has meant these guys are now going to be walked by someone who I hope will understand …..

Poppys need to run full pelt into every puddle then roll in it and eat other dogs sh*t….
Nells need to take everything in her own time and occasionally wonder off and find a dead carcass and not come out when you shout her…..and finally Bensons need to yap when you collect him, yap when he sees another dog and yap when you drop him home ( he’s very vocal) but he’ll never leave your side and he very much enjoyed winding Minnie up for the last time today too.

Much love poochies you’re all like one of my own.

Boys are so lazy, I can tell it’s winter hitting when Jack and Ace wouldn’t come down after breakfast this morning for their walk with this lot and SIds only out as his mum made him otherwise he would of happily spent the day on sofa.😂

Rainbow 🌈 bridge gained another angel today.
One of my long time members Bonnie sadly lost her battle with cancer today.
A girl who posed the occasional challenge to me over the years 😂 but chilled out as she got older and just loved to run and be free.

Dogs certainly had a spring in their step today!
My 2nd group walk may look like they are all related apart from Sid but they are all from different households. It was like walking mum, dad and daughter Staffies today😂
