Due to some misinformation recently posted about us, we would like to confirm our policy regarding kennel cough:

All dogs are required to have had their KC vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to boarding with us (unless advised against it by their vet).

If a boarder or recent boarder contracts kennel cough diagnosed and confirmed by a vet then we will not take in any new boarders, owners of any recent and current boarders would be informed, and a vet would examine the current boarders and premises. We would not take any new boarders until the vet gives the all clear.

To date we have had no confirmed cases of kennel cough on our premises or any dogs showing any symptoms.

Carr Moss Kennels and Cattery is a small family run business set in the peaceful Lancashire countryside between Halsall and Ainsdale. We are close to Ormskirk, Southport and Formby but do have customers who travel from further afield to board with us.

We will look after your pets in the manner that we would want our own pets to be looked after so that you can have peace of mind whilst you are away that they will be happy and secure with us.
