Yes, I admit I am reusing the photo from a couple of days ago. But I had so much fun taking that photo and I wanted to tell you that there is a new fun video up on the YouTube channel. Great news! Our coronavirus tests have come back negative today!
Lucy is keeping me company as I still do not feel 100%, but we are so happy to be negative for the virus.
Lucy is enduring a terrible Molt We are aware of her feathers and if they do not improve soon she will be taken to the vet. However we are confident at this time that this is just an extremely bad moult.
I have also filmed a small update to that video.

Oh my gosh I can’t believe this! I’m a bit stunned. As you may be able to see from the photo, I have tested positive for coronavirus. 😱 sadly this may not come as a surprise to anybody who has seen my latest YouTube videos.

I am devastated. There is a video on the Orkney Parrots YouTube channel that explains everything better than I feel able to right now. I really hoped that this day would never come and I certainly never envisioned anything where I would attempt to call out a huge organisation on social media.

Hi everybody, I would just like to apologise for my recent absence. My guide dog Barney was taken unwell and required surgery. His body suit will be removed for the final time today. His stitches have now been removed and he appears to be making a slow, but good recovery. If you have not received a dispatch notification recently, I would like you to know that I will be caught up on orders by the end of today. They will all be posted tomorrow morning.
