I’m sorry to have to do this so early on in my new venture, but I feel it needs saying..
When I send your parcels out, I do them first class and I get a receipt for proof, should anything happen, as sometimes things do. 😔
I cannot control Royal Mail or any delays that they might be experiencing. I am unable to raise a case with Royal Mail for the first 7 days of posting as they have made it known that they could be experiencing delays in some areas.
I appreciate that this is so frustrating for you, it is for me just as much as it is you - believe me! I a lot of time and effort goes into making your treats perfect for your bunnies! ❤️
I WONT refund anyone unless it has been a week that you haven’t received your parcel and I have raised a complaint with Royal Mail. I think it’s very unfair when I’m being asked to refund orders that were posted only 2 days ago because they haven’t arrived in those 2 days.
I am not an unreasonable person, and of course I understand accidents happen and Royal Mail loose things and they will be FULLY refunded but I can’t sustain the business by refunding everyone when you will receive your parcel, it will just turn up late.
If this upsets anyone then I wholeheartedly apologise, but I just wanted to make my position very clear on this matter.
I hope you all understand and continue to support my small business like you all have been!
