Hog manor hedgehog rescue My name is Sue and I run Hog Manor which is a small self funded hedgehog rescue in Delph set up in July 2019 after I retired as a theatre nurse.

Summer who was found in a plant pot with water in at about 6 weeks old is being released tonight by Sue. Stay safe little girl xx
All residents doing ok.
Hope is not eating so he’s being hand fed again.
Bandit, Bracken, Sophia, Celeste, Bella, Benny and Iggy are all on treatment.
Clyde, Ava, M.J, Spiral, Eden, Annika, Smudge, Bea, Nelson, and Headwig are nearly ready for release 😁😁
Sid, Molly, Crackers, Apollo, Lunar, Coco, Galileo, Gemini, Sputnik, Hiratio, Omlette and Pip are still small and need to gain a lot more weight yet.

This little ball of cuteness arrived today rescued by Jane. He’s 81g, had fly strike, he’s a cut on his nose and a deformed front leg😢
He’s feeding well and in the incubator so fingers crossed 🤞
I’ve still 2 fabulous hog boxes left, 1 at my house 1 at Leanne’s.

Leanne has very kindly made me 4 more hog boxes to sell and raise money for the rescue, which I desperately need as I’m going through 30 sachets of cat food a day 😩😩
3 boxes are at my house, the 4th is at Leanne’s in Bury.
I got £30 each for the last lot but people have said they’re worth more. So offers please 😁😁😁😁

Omelette is up to 131g 😁
Pip and Horatio are under 300g
Summer, Clyde, MJ are under 400g
Sophia, Bella, Smudge, Bea, Wizard, Ava and Bonnie are under 500g
Annika and Eve are nearly ready for release😁
Headwig still needs more spine growth on his head as he had a nasty strimmer injury.
Ivy and Sam are ready to go 👏👏please let me know if you’ve any empty boxes.

Raven who was born at the rescue and Bubbles who was about 2 weeks old when she arrived, are being released by Roy.
Georgia who was a 5 week hoglet with fly strike is being released tonight by Nicola.

Last night had to go and collect 5 hoglets whose nest was disturbed and mum ran off 😢 we hoped mum would come back but she hadn’t. They range from 106g - 142g. Now all snuggly💕
Still very busy but couldn’t do it without your support, so thank you 🦔🦔🦔
