CAN ANYONE HELP US???
Today is day 15 with no phone in our shop. The amount of business that comes through to us over the phone is high and for the past two weeks this has not been possible. We have lost thousands and thousands of pounds. BT put us in this situation and they don’t care at all! I am fobbed off with lies every day. I understand to some this doesn’t sound dramatic compared to other things that happen in the world but to me my business is my purpose so trust me when I say I’ve lost sleep, I’m really stressed and upset and there is literally nothing I can do! They haven’t provided a back up or a call divert due to technical issues, they haven’t offered any form of compensation, they haven’t even said when it’s going to eventually be fixed. We are currently asking people to ring my mobile in the meantime on 07711278240 but not many people are seeing this on our social media & website.
If they don’t get us up and running I will have no option but to have this mobile as our permanent number. This will involve more costs as we will have to change our shop signage, our van signage, all our packaging, boxes, bags, business cards, calling cards all to have the new number.
We are in our 9th year of business which I have built with blood sweat and tears and it’s both heartbreaking and so frustrating that a big company like BT can just go round literally ruining businesses like ours without giving a single s*** is there anyone that knows where we go from here, that can offer some decent advice? Im at my wits end. 💔💔💔💔💔
