Client Update 🐾
I just wanted to thank everyone for their patience while I’ve been ill with the flu recently. I hate having to cancel appointments, but I want to make sure I’m fully well before returning properly (didn’t give myself enough time to recover last time and now it’s come back 🙄)
If your dog requires grooming before I’m able to offer you a new appointment, (I have a lot of people to reschedule 😣) please don’t feel bad about visiting another groomer in the meantime — this won’t affect your place with me at all for next time.
I will try and get back to all of your messages asap. If you’re happy to book in elsewhere for this groom, just pop me a message and let me know you won’t be needing an appointment asap.
I appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you and your dogs again soon
