Hi all, I'm sorry to say that I will be out of action for the next few weeks. I had stayed to recover but am now worse.
I am suffering with 2 trapped nerves and a slipped disc. I can barely walk and cannot stand up straight.
I hate to let you all down, but feel that I owe it to myself to give my body a chance to heal properly.
If you need to go somewhere else in the meantime I can recommend someone.
