Stick with your training!

It may not feel like you’re progressing much in that single session, however a couple weeks or months down the line you could have the dog you’ve been training for!

Annie had ZERO intentions of playing tug when I first got her, and slowly but surely I nurtured her drive to what it is today!

Results will come if you’re consistent and dedicated!

If you need help with your reactive dog feel free to drop me a message and I’ll be in contact!

Here are the 3 tools I’d take with me on a walk if I owned a reactive dog!

1. a tug or ball on a rope - to help fulfil your dogs need and release your dogs pent up energy

2. Your dog’s essential food - bit of a controversial one for some people but your dogs motivation for their food is the KEY to helping with reactivity

3. A well conditioned tool - to effectively communicate to your dog what’s right and what’s wrong!

If you need help with your reactivity feel free to pop me a message!

Testing Annie’s down stay, just for fun seen a lot of trainers do it so I thought why not!

Annie used to refuse to lay down when I first got her unless it was carpet

So to see she now will willing lay on grass and stay, I’m a proud dad!

Your high-energy dog pulls because pulling works. They’ve learned it gets them where they want to go.

Every time they pull and reach their destination, that reinforces the behavior.

Here’s the problem with everything you’ve tried and why it hasn’t worked.

Here’s a fun little fulfilment game I play with my dog to help get her energy out and build some engagement and impulse control!

Fulfillment doesn’t always have to be fancy bitework or hunting, it can be as simple as this!

If you need help with your furry friend, feel free to give me a message!

There’s no need to walk your dog for hours on end.

By all means take your dog on hikes and explore the world, but don’t try and tire your dog out by just walking them.

Incorporate fulfilment into your walk and see how different your dog becomes!

Most people come to me thinking their dog should be walking perfectly everywhere by now.

They’re not failing. Nobody told them how this actually works.
Save this if you’re in the middle of it.

Drop a comment if this sounds familiar.

I hear so many clients and friends say ā€œtheir recall used to be so good! I don’t know what went wrong!ā€

There’s numerous reasons why your dogs recall has started to fail but here’s the top 3 I usually find

- Your repeating your cue over and over and your dog finally responds to the fifth one so you reward it because ā€œatleast they came backā€

- You hold no value to your dog, you’re boring

- Your dog doesn’t understand the cue fully

I’m looking for 2-3 dog owners in Nottingham whose dog makes every walk a nightmare.
I’ve been working with dogs across Nottingham for nearly a year and I’m now launching my signature programme — Real World Ready — designed for dogs that pull, ignore recall, and just won’t switch off.
To get my first few success stories I’m offering the full 6 week programme at a founder’s rate of Ā£200 instead of the normal Ā£797. All I ask in return is honest feedback and a testimonial if you’re happy at the end.
This is 6 weeks of real, hands-on training on Nottingham streets and parks. Not a class. Not a YouTube video. Me, you, and your dog — working through loose lead, recall, and settle until it actually sticks.
If your dog is making walks something you dread — this is for you.
3 spots only. First come first served.
Drop a 🐾 below or DM me and I’ll get back to you today.
