Another fantastic week at Chloe’s Canine Club 🐾💚

So many extra special moments this week…

🎉 Mia celebrated her birthday on Tuesday with her besties - complete with pawty rings and a birthday wuffin 😂❤️

🐶 Wilf rejoined group walks after a few months away - so happy to have him back - it was like he never left💕

💍 And on Friday, I had the absolute honour of taking Bee to her pawtents’ wedding. Her waggy bum when she saw them was the sweetest thing ever 🥹

🚐 Plus… I got my new van finally!! More comfortable for both me and the dogs and, most importantly… RELIABLE 🙌 Hope I haven’t jinxed it😂🙏

I’m still catching up on a backlog of photos from the past few weeks (too many good ones not to share!) - but wanted to get this weeks out as it was such an eventful week!

Looking forward to another week with my best friends 🐕💚

I’m 4 weeks behind on my usual weekly round-ups 🫣😭 and I have so many photos to share so expect a few posts coming!! We’ve had some lovely earlier walks (and quite a few doggy beach trips too 🐾🌊).

It’s been a bit of a crazy few weeks with the heatwave, meaning lots of adjustments to our usual routine. It’s taken some getting used to, but we’ve made it work and most importantly all the dogs have stayed safe and happy 💛

I’ve also had a lot going on personally, along with losing our Poppy, so I’ve fallen a little behind with posting. Thank you all so much for your patience as always - your dogs truly make every single day better 🐶

Fingers crossed for some cooler weather next week (and maybe even some rain 🤞 because the grass is looking very dry right now 🥲)

On Friday, our beautiful Poppy crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾

I was there with her lovely mum Wendy, and she was surrounded by so much love in her final moments. She drifted off peacefully in the garden at the vets, with cuddles, comfort and even some chocolate ❤️

Just six months ago, Poppy developed a tumour in her mouth that grew so quickly and aggressively. Wendy made the kindest, most selfless decision to let her go peacefully.

Wendy rescued Poppy two years ago and gave her the most incredible life - full of love, safety, and happiness after a rocky past where she seemed to have been used for breeding. Despite everything she had been through, Pops had the most gentle, motherly soul. She welcomed every one of your dogs with calm, kindness, and a happiness that made them all feel at ease.

I’ve had the privilege of walking Pops three times a week for most of those two years, and she was one of my very first clients - which made her extra special to me. I’ll miss arriving to pick her up and seeing her waiting at the door, so excited, giving me all her paws at once. Those big paws and her eagerness to get going always made me smile. I could never open the van crate fast enough for her!

On walks, she was an absolute angel. Although she slowed down over the last few months, those rare Poppy zoomies brought so much joy. She loved swimming, and the Hook was her favourite place 🐶💦

When I found out about her diagnosis, I took her and my Duke to Clumber Park. It was such a special day, and I’m so grateful we had that time together before she became more unwell. She snored the whole journey home😂

Pops had a way of making things feel better - especially on the harder days. Her cuddles got me through a few tough days.

Whilst saying goodbye was incredibly hard, she is now at peace. Hopefully chasing ducks and zooming freely again 🌈

She was a friend to all of the Chloe’s Canine Club crew, and I know she will be missed so deeply by all of us.

Thank you, Wendy, for trusting me with Pops and for letting me be part of her life - and her final moments. That last Poppy squish will stay with me forever 🤍

Rest in peace, beautiful girl. We love you always ❤️

A dreamy week with the gang☀️next week the forecast is veeeeery warm🥵😭 so the hot weather policy will be in place. I will keep everyone updated via direct messages regarding changes to walks to earlier walks and/or comfort breaks. Your dog’s welfare comes first as always🐶💛

Some soggy doggies this week!!! ☔️🥺🐾

If this weather keeps up (really hoping it doesn’t 🤣) and you’d like me to pop coats or fleeces on your dogs, just leave them somewhere obvious or drop me a message to let me know 🙏

I do try my best to dry everyone off, but with a tight schedule to make sure all dogs are walked on time, coats really do help a lot! The short coats/labs are fine… but the doodles and spaniels just don’t dry 😭😂

Lumi had his first group walks and did so well. He is such a lovely addition to my little gang of friendly doggos 🐶💛🥰

A glimpse in to last week! Jax had his first birthday which was a biiig milestone and we had such a fun walk - Skye and Maeve celebrated with him which was super cute! 🥰
