Some personal news, after ten years of running our sister company Young Woofians, I’ve made the very tough decision to close this part of the business due to personal circumstances.

Young Woofians started with my beloved Miss Teddy and grew into something truly special, thousands of tear-free, happy pups and a wonderfully loyal customer base 🐶❤️

Our final stock of all-natural tear stain treatment kits, cloths and accessories is now available online, once it’s gone, it’s gone.

But here’s the good news: Miss Teddy isn’t going anywhere! I’ll be continuing to create beautiful handmade dog clothes over on Etsy. So if you’ve loved our outfits, come with us to the next chapter 🧵🐾

Wobble, wiggle, woof! Jelly Baby Miss Teddy is here and she’s sweeter than a whole bag of treats!

Which Jelly Baby colour is your favourite? We’re obviously team ‘fluffy pastel pup’!

Fun facts:

1. Born in Britain:

Jelly Babies were first made in Lancashire, England around 1864 by a confectioner named Fryers of Lancashire. They were originally called “Unclaimed Babies” — not exactly sweet!

2. Renamed for peace:

In 1918, they were rebranded by Bassetts to mark the end of World War I and were renamed “Peace Babies.” Production was halted during WWII due to rationing, but they returned in 1953 as Jelly Babies.

3. Each has a name and personality:

In the 1980s, Bassetts gave each Jelly Baby a character:

Boofuls (purple): cries a lot
Bigheart (green): kind and loving
Bubbles (yellow): happy and bubbly
Baby Bonny (red): wears a bonnet
Brilliant (orange): smart and sporty
Bumper (pink): always laughing

4. They’re not actually babies:

Despite their name, they’re not based on real babies! But their shape (and those little tummies!) gave them their name — plus, they’re dusted in starch which makes them look powdered like a baby’s bottom!

Its been a while since we posted – we’ve been super busy helping out over at young_woofians with our all natural tear stain treatment…. My darlings, we are so sorry for the long silence on our end. The past few months have been incredibly busy as we have had to dedicate our time to our tear stain company. However, we want you to know that we miss each and every one of you. Many of you have connected with us on our other Instagram account, and for that, we are grateful. Today, we couldn't resist sharing something truly remarkable with all of you.

As you may recall, mummy Sue established a company called Young Woofians, specializing in an all-natural tear stain treatment that has proven to be highly effective. We are delighted to showcase the incredible results our treatment has achieved for Charlie, whose head was once covered in unsightly stains. Can you believe it's only six more sleeps until the big day - the Coronation of King Charles III! Some Bunny loves you 🐰Happy Easter, 🐣 my wonderful friends! As we celebrate this special day, I wanted to share some exciting news with you all – I have a brand-new Bunny outfit, and I can’t wait to show it off!

This outfit is absolutely adorable , with a durable sequin-encrusted fabric, a cute little cotton tail and hairband Bunny ears that add a special touch to my Easter ensemble. Whether I’m hopping around in the garden or attending an Eater parade, I’m sure to turn heads in this outfit.
The tail is detachable and can be worn with our fabulous Hair bow, it completely changes the look of the outfit. Clever mummy Sue for thinking outside of the Bunny box for that one!

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Paul O’Grady at an LGBT event in london 2019 . He was hilarious and warm and so kind! He will be greatly missed!
