Hi everyone,

From April 1st there will be a price increase. Even thought I’ve said this before I’ve never actually gone through with it. I’ve tried my very best to keep cost low as much as possible but unfortunately due to the ever rising cost of living and insurances going up I will have to put up my prices. I will get in contact with everyone as soon as possible in terms of how much services will be from 1st April 2026.

Hi guys,

As I have let cancellations slip. Please can I just remind you all of the cancellation policy that I have given each client up on signing their contract.

I understand I no longer require 50% non-refundable deposits before the bookings of the walks as this wasn’t viable for me to do. However, any cancellations without a week of notice will be viable of 50% charge, reasons of cancellation will be taken into account and I will discuss whether this will be applied or not. Full charge will also be applied if 24 hours of cancellation is not given.

I understand situation may vary for cancellations of which I do and will continue to take into account, however, I need to have an idea of slots I have available for clients to book in and unfortunately, if I have late cancellations this will potentially take place up that another client could have had. With me getting a bit busier now my spaces of walking are now getting even more limited.
I hope this is all understandable.

I am hoping to emend my terms and conditions over the next few months and they will be given out to each client to read through and re sign, I’m trying to be as fair as possible whilst being able to still run a buisness and make it viable for me to do so.

Hi,

I had originally booked off this Wednesday onwards till Monday of working. However, due to me now going a day later and only taking Thursday and Friday off, I’m offering only weekly walks on the Wednesday to still go ahead. If anyone is instead in having their weekly walk this Wednesday please let me know and I’ll get you booked in. Many thanks 😊

All invoice have been sent out for the last few weeks. Apologies for the late ones that have gone out today.

If they can all be paid by latest Friday due to me not being in the country that would be fab!

When I’m back from holidays, invoices will all be sent on Friday of every week or last Friday of the month for the clients that are on a monthly invoice. Unfortunately, due to some really late payments I will have to start implying my late payment fees for any late or missed payments coming the month of August.

I will be away tomorrow onwards until 23rd, all dates have been sorted and arranged with all individual clients and walks will remain as normal when I return. Please can I politely remind clients of my cancellation policy.

All policies are in the contract I provide that are all signed, up on any services. This also applies to adhoc walks and last minute on the day bookings too.

Less then 24 hours notice - Full fee will be charged
24 hours notice - Up to 50% of booking fee can still be applied
48 hours notice - No fee charged

At least 24 hour notice is needed for swapping days for weekly walks.

Exception for unforeseen circumstances for specific conditions is taken into account with my cancellation policy and fee may not be charged.

Unfortunately, I have to remind all clients of this policy. Lots of clients are having to miss out on additional walks due to last minute cancellations and that also means I miss out on business too. I try to be as flexible and understanding as possible but I am a business and this is my job I have to depend on.

Whilst the weather is getting warmer,

I will be walking earlier in the day to keep all dogs out of the heat and sticking too shaded areas as much as possible. Some extremely hot days I would have to think about cancellations or alternatives drop in services.

I carefully assess each day for weather conditions and types of dogs and set out my walking schedule for the day dependant of dog breed and size ect.. whilst still trying my best to maintain clients preferred slot time in the day. Please bare with me during the months of the hot weather. All clients will be notified of any changes to walking times for their dogs 🐕

I will be carrying water with me which will be offered regularly for all dogs that are walking with me to help keep them cool and hydrated on their walks.

As always my biggest priority is keeping all dogs safe, happy and healthy during their time with me 🐾

Between us we have qualifications in Dog training & behaviour courses, we have both worked with dogs since leaving school having worked in a kennels, dog walking for years, dog grooming and owning dogs ourselves.

we are both fully insured, expirenced & i hold a dbs check, we both have qualifications in either training, walking and so on.

What your dog will get during our walking sessions⭐️🐾

⭐️Socialising with other dogs, this is important to keep your dog well socialised throughout its life to minimise reactiveness, behaviour issues and so on

⭐️Abit of training such as how to act around other dogs & people, commands such as stay, wait, sit, recall, loose lead walking, food manners etc

⭐️Enrichment, walking in a safe & small pack with our two walkers will give your dogs lots of enrichment and this will help to minimise any bad behaviour due to getting their brains working and tiring them out. some of the benefits of our enrichment walking will help to minimise your dogs getting bored in the house and becoming destructive while your out at work,
we will be burning off all the excess pent up energy by adventure walking in woodlands, fields, private fields and new places each walk. we will be playing games with your dogs such as ball throwing, sniff work games, training, swimming and also letting your dogs have the best time of their lives running around with their new found friends.

⭐️We match personalities & tempermants
in each group walk so that our dogs can have the best time and lots of fun with each other

⭐️We limit our pack walks to a max of 6 dogs

⭐️We visit lots of different locations & also hire out private fields

⭐️our dogs receive discount on nail trims & full grooms when joining us for pack walks

🐾we offer 1hr group walks with two experienced dog walkers for £16
