βοΈ CLIPPING SEASON IS HERE! βοΈ
My clippers are serviced, charged and ready for the season ahead! π΄
A few important changes to my clipping bookings this year:
π· Payment is now required at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, Iβve had too many last-minute cancellations and horses not being properly prepared for their appointments. I simply canβt continue to lose time and bookings because horses arenβt ready when I arrive.
I make sure I am fully prepared for every appointment, and I need the same from you.
π΄ HORSES MUST BE CLEAN & COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE I ARRIVE.
Please make sure your horse is:
β’ Clean
β’ Completely dry
β’ Ready and available at the agreed appointment time
If you know rain is forecast, please stable your horse or put a suitable sheet/rug on them to keep them dry before their appointment. Please donβt expect me to arrive and wait for a horse to dry.
β Horses that are wet, sweaty, excessively muddy or otherwise not suitably prepared will not be clipped.
You must also have a suitable, dry and sheltered area available for me to clip. I cannot clip horses outside in the rain or in an unsuitable environment.
If your horse is not correctly prepared, I reserve the right to refuse the appointment and your payment will not be refunded.
I appreciate that things can happen, but please only book if you can be sure your horse will be ready. This allows me to keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
