Hi Everyone
I will be away between 21st and 28th March.
Don’t worry the staff are still in looking after the wonderful pooches, however, I normally do phone and email contact and I’m not sure how it will be when I get there. If it’s an emergency please still try to contact me but if not I will get back to any enquiries when I return.
Don’t forget if it’s just a booking enquiry our registered customers can use the online booking system via our website. The rooms/ booking will be saved until the staff or myself confirm it but it’s rare we would say no if you got that far.
If it’s less than 7 days before a booking start date, please try to message me and hopefully I will be able to help still.

Happy new year to our dear customers!

Just a reminder to get your bookings in as soon as possible especially if you need school holidays.
We are already full at the end of May.
June, August and September are filling much quicker than last year.
If you are wanting Christmas next year please come to me direct but any other time of the year you can go on our website to book online yourself.
If it says it doesn’t recognise your email then let me know and I will check it.
If you need a last minute booking (within 7 days) you will need to text me direct as I will need to check staffing levels.

Just another reminder to please pay for your deposits via the link on your confirmations and if you no longer need your booking please let me know so I can cancel it and give the room to someone else.

Please remember to bring your dog’s vaccinations with you especially if you haven’t used us for a while. The online system should let you know if we are missing any vaccinations on the confirmation.

If you need a booking changed just message me and I will alter it.

If your dog is on their own food please make sure you bring more than enough for their stay and let us know exactly how much to give them or bring a cup or tub as measurement.
If they are on medication, please make sure they have enough and if they are awkward with taking it please pack something easy for us to give it to them like cocktail sausages, chicken, peanut butter or try a pill treats. 

We have had such a huge increase in customers last year, I know this year will be our busiest so far so please get those holidays booked in. I hate to disappoint anyone.

Hi Everyone

Just a reminder to get your bookings in for next year as soon as possible especially if you are wanting school holidays.
I get swamped with bookings in January but as we are having the busiest November we have ever had (so far) and we are constantly receiving new customers I don’t want our loyal customers to miss out. Barton Lodge has just closed and a lot of their customers are contacting us.
Weekends often get booked up first which can prevent us being able to fit in long holidays so definitely get in with long stays once you book them.

If any new customers read this, we will need to do a free 2 hour trial first before you can use the online booking system.

I know most of you use our payment link or know the new bank account to pay deposits or balances but a few did occasionally make payments to the old account still. This has now been closed.

Hi Everyone
I have seen a huge increase in new customers this year and we are busier than ever.
I don’t want any of our customers to miss out on availability but we are full during July and August (except for a few night gaps),
September is getting very limited for space.
We are already full between 19th and 25th October and we only have 3 rooms left over Christmas.
Due to another kennels set to close later this year, we are also getting a lot of bookings for next year.
I know it’s sometimes hard to book your holidays in advance but if you do go away around the same time every year or if you need school holidays, please get in touch soon to secure your holidays for next year or use the link on our website to book online.

WARNING - Tollerton Lane on the petrol station side near the school will be closed from tomorrow for a few months. If they don’t have traffic lights, please use the A52 and Airport side to come to us or Cotgrave Road/ Cotgrave Lane.

Happy Holidays Everyone!
Thank you for all the support this year. We have such fantastic customers and of course their amazing dogs!!

2025 AVAILABILITY UPDATE

We still have availability in January 2025 if anyone needs a last minute booking to see family or would like some winter sun.
Just give me a text or email.

We only have a few rooms left in February over valentines weekend and half term so please get in touch soon if you have booked your holiday.

March still has plenty of availability at the moment but April is very busy. We only have a couple of rooms left over Easter holidays.

We still have availability in May, June and July.

August is already very busy during the first two weeks with only a few rooms left but we still have space in the last two weeks and September, October, November and December.

Price Increase from 1st January 2025

Hi Everyone,

As of the 1st January 2025 our prices will be increasing to:
1 dog in a room £43
2 dogs sharing a room £60
3 dogs sharing a room £75
4 small dogs sharing a room £90
Prices are per night with a check in and out between 8am and 10.30am.
All prices include VAT

2025 Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day
1 dog £55 for a night
2 dogs £72 for a night
3 dogs £87 for a night
4 small dogs £102 for a night

This is only for new bookings. Any existing bookings will remain at the agreed price at the time of booking.

Hi Everyone
I am away from early hours Friday 26th April and will be back on 4th May.
If you’re leaving your dog with us, Farah will give you her mobile for contact.
Any bookings that aren’t urgent, please email me and I’ll get on them as soon as I can.
If it’s an urgent booking I do have my phone but signal will be poor or you could text our daycare and they should be able to pass the message on to the staff or pop in to reception.

Hi Everyone

I have decided to delete Facebook Messenger as I have been receiving some spam and I don't have many customers contact me via Facebook.
Please remember the best way to contact me is via text or email.
I have silenced notifications between 5.30pm and 6am so I can have some family time and will respond the following day.
If it is an emergency booking for the next day, please call me.

I am going to delete the page soon. Our business is still doing very well and although it is good to give you some updates, I have a few personal opinions about their values as a company and I don't think it benefits us.

If there are any weather conditions or travel issues, I will message you direct.
The only other thing I would normally use it to let you know is our price increase. Our price will be increasing for bookings from 1st March.
One dog will be increasing to £41 a night (morning to morning)
Two dogs sharing a room will be increasing to £58 a night (morning to morning)
Three dogs will be remaining the same at £73.

Our price increases are always published on our website and in our reception.

If you have any worries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
