Established for 21 years in Norwich we have Warm Hearts for Cold Noses! We are a complete grooming salon with fully qualified groomers - and also a City & Guilds and OCN approved training school for student groomers. We understand dogs and listening to our customer's requirements so that we can present each

and every one of our amazing dogs with the right haircut and style to suit it's lifestyle and needs. We also specialise in hand stripping and believe we are simply the best at this old traditional skill which is used to remove or thin down the coat on wire haired dogs without using clippers. Laura (Level 3 Diploma) is our specialist in curly coats - Poodle, Bichon Frise, Cotton Doodle, Cockerpoo and all of the other Poodle Mix Dogs. She is generally in high demand so book early! Lynn and Chelsea both work with all the breeds. Both of them are City & Guilds qualified. Courtney, Sarah and Sophia - all City & Guilds qualified - prepare the dogs fully before they are styled. This requires a lot of experience in coat type and appropriate products and also knowledge of Health & Safety procedures along with skills in handling. Every member of staff holds a relevant Canine First Aid certificate so that we are prepared for action should it ever be needed. We welcome ALL breeds - from giant size to tiny little souls. We are able to manage the handling of all sizes because there are several of us present and we also have rise and fall baths and variable height electric tables which makes an enormous difference to handling and safety for both our dogs and groomers. Our grooming centre is fully air conditioned and climate controlled - so no matter how hot or cold it may be outside your dogs will never overheat or shiver. Potential clients are welcome to visit and check us out. No advance warning needed - we are always ready and have nothing to hide.
