It’s your dog’s friendly public service announcement…….With the second long weekend and school holidays, we’d thought we’d send a friendly reminder to defrost your dog’s raw food, because life’s busy and the sun is shining!

Defrosting times vary depending on mince texture and packaging. Never microwave or use boiling water to defrost, as raw dog food contains ground bone for natural calcium and nutrients, heating can make bones brittle.
We all hope you’ve had a fanastic long weekend, we’re back, busy packing orders for Nationwide Delivery and Click & Collect. And we look forward to welcoming our lovely customers instore at Norwich, Dereham and Thetford Retail too!

It was wonderful to collaborate with the Fransham community to support their Fun Dog Show in aid of their Village Hall. Fransham Village Hall

The Village Hall is the heart of local communities, providing a social hub for friendship, building connections and combating loneliness.

We’re so fortunate to have our Distribution Warehouse, and, now our Retail Counter in Great Fransham. Even though our reach is Nationwide, supporting local is everything! We met wonderful people, fell in love with their dogs, and no matter our size, we love being their neighbourhood pet store!

Thank you to all the wonderful dogs and their humans for joining the fun, positivity and living what a Village Hall encompasses!

He’s a shining example of the benefits of raw! No words needed, just look at Gunner!

Gunner embarked on raw from a puppy, after his humans booked a raw feeding consultation with Amanda. Amanda wrote a bespoke meal plan to help guide his transition to raw, and supported Gunner’s humans with genuine care and specialist knowledge.

🐣 Thetford Retail and Click & Collect: Our Thetford Retail and Click & Collect at Pooch’s Yard is open 7AM - 6PM on Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Monday and closed Easter Sunday.
