Hi all iv had a double slot cancellation for monday next week the 2nd.... suitable for two dogs at 9.30am or single slots at 9.30am and 11.30am... many thanks ben :)

Hi guys just a polite reminder here of our policies regarding appointments....
For any appointments we require atleast 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours may be charged 50% of the groom.
Missed Appointments or cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the groom.
These payments will be required before booking and further appointment.
As a sole trader and small buisness missed Appointments and late cancellations not only reflect on us paying salon expenses but also our personal bills.
Under certain circumstances these fee's may not apply..
