“My elderly dog loves this, in fact she loves all COYA food. We were looking for a slightly softer food for our elderly dog as she was starting to struggle with her other kibble. She loves this.“

We love hearing your feedback on our range so make sure to send us a message or leave us a review so we can continue making the best products for you and most importantly your four legged bestie. 🫶

Have you got a hot dog? 🌭

With the temperatures remaining high it’s important to recognise the signs of heat stroke in your dog.

🌡️ Excessive Panting: Dogs pant to cool down, but if panting is excessive or rapid it could indicate overheating.
🌡️ Bright Red or Pale Gums: Normal dog gums are pink. Bright red or very pale gums can be a sign of heatstroke.
🌡️ Increased Heart Rate: A dog’s heart rate may increase significantly when trying to compensate for overheating.
🌡️ Vomiting or Diarrhea: These can be signs of the body’s response to heat stress.
🌡️ Dry Nose: While a dog’s nose is typically wet and cool, a dry nose can indicate dehydration which can contribute to heatstroke.

If you dog exhibits any of these symptoms please seek immediate veterinary care.

Make sure you share and save this post, you might help a fellow dog parent. ❤️

Tip Tuesday: Are you worried about your dog overheating? Wet a towel and leave it in the freezer overnight. Take it out in the morning and place it in the shade so your dog can have a DIY cooling mat. 🧊❤️
