Update. She's told them to claim on their house insurance 🤣

Just a word of caution. One of our clients had a holiday booked in Oct with a new home boarder. They had to pay 50%deposit over the phone to hold this LAST space . Due to circumstances they are unable to go on the holiday. They let the home boarder know and have been told that they can't get their deposit back !!!!
8 months notice!!!!!
They were told that they needed to read T&C s that they hadn't had until after the cancellation.
PLEASE CHECK THE SMALL PRINT.
Makes me very sad 😢😢
