Confidence Building ✨

Confidence building is such an important aspect of dog training, making sure that you are setting your dog up for success!

There are many exercises that you can do to help your dog build confidence in general, including puzzles and problem solving games, making sure initially your dog is having lots of quick wins!

Confidence building in new environments is also really important.

We have been working on lots of confidence building with Arnie, helping him to feel more neutral around people and hustle and bustle.

We had Team Watson who hasn’t trailed since the end of last year and he was raring to go and hasn’t forget the aim of the game he was an absolute super star!

🚨 Big News 🚨

The Canine School of Trailing is changing the way they run assessments – making it more flexible and accessible for everyone.

As an affiliated instructor I am super excited to be able to start offering assessments!

I know a few of you lovely folk have attended assessments so hopefully those of you that are thinking about working through your assessments will now be able to book to get those completed! ☑️

Here’s how it is going to work:

▪️ Beginner (Man & Pet) – These assessments can now happen during a normal trailing session. Just book any session that suits you and pop me an email to say you would like to add-on your assessment.

▪️ Intermediate – This is similar to Beginner, you can complete either your man or pet trail assessment as part of a regular session. One assessment per session. Book on as usual, then email me to add your assessment.

▪️Competent, Proficient & Expert –
We can arrange these to suit you, just pop me an email and we can arrange a time and place that work for you!

Waggtails Puppy/Dog training with a difference dog’s & puppies have fun at waggtails as their tails always wag!

Here at Waggtails we pride ourselves at providing a safe place to train aiming to help any wheelchair users, who may come to our Waggtails as the hall has a ramp and is disabled friendly. I run Autism classes on a Monday at 5.15 - 615pm with children with this condition using their own dog if they have one or mine if the children would like to use my Blaze, Bertie or Fern? Come and have Fun at my Puppy, Beginners, Classes or Bronze., Silver or Gold Good Citizen classes. Call me to make a booking its Not Too Late!
