A MASSIVE thank you to all the beautiful people who turned out for ALT-YOGA today!! We had a great high energy class today soundtracked by a full on teenage angst playlist 🖤

There was a lot of laughs, a lot of playfulness and a lot of singing along to Paramore and Taking Back Sunday 😂
