Tilly's Pet Supplies Tilly's is a family-run pet shop, specialising in a wide range of quality and natural products for dogs, cats and small animals.

At Tilly's, we hope to provide you with the best possible products to keep your furry-friends healthy and happy. Jayne, Owner and Founder of Tilly's started the shop with the vision of providing other pet-lovers with a trusted place to discover the best quality products for their furry friends. Having owned various pets throughout her life so far including 7 dogs, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 1 rabbit a

nd 2 horses. Animals have always been a big part of Jayne's life; when she was first born, her family dog ran up to see her and was one of the first people to welcome Jayne to the world - even beating her father to it. The shop is named after Jayne's late Springer Spaniel Tilly, who lived a happy and long life. As the inspiration for the shop, Tilly represents all those pampered pets who deserve only the finest things in life.

Easter Bunny has been to Tilly’s .

It’s Tilly’s Free Easter Eggs for All .

Tilly is giving out Easter Eggs for all Doggies and P***y cats. Not forgetting our hooman family we have baskets of eggs for all .

We ask a minimal singular spend of £10 to receive your free Easter Egg worth £5 . We ask for a minimum payment as people have taken advantage in Tilly’s generosity on previous events .

What’s so special about Tilly’s Easter Eggs ? They are suitable for dogs and cats . We remember Zoro ( he is a p***y cat ) enjoying his catnip Easter Egg last year . He was rolling the egg all over mum’s kitchen floor on his back .

We cannot wait to see you all and very egg-cited .

Paws off the chocolate 🍫

Chocolate is toxic for our dogs .This is due to one of the compounds in cacao .This compound is called theobromine , and while humans can metabolise theobromine naturally , it can cause dogs to develope gastrointestinal disturbances , tremours , seizures and in some cases be fatal.

If your dog eats chocolate. please contact your vet for advice . They usually induce vomiting.

Keep human chocolate away from your dogs .

Good Friday traditionally means a tasty hot cross bun.

Are these safe for our dogs?

No, hot cross buns are not safe for our dogs. They contain raisins, sultanas and currents . Which are toxic to dogs and can cause kidney failure in our dogs , even in small amounts . Nutmeg can also cause digestive upset .

Contact your vet or nearest emergency vet for advice . If you dog
eats a hot cross bun .

Make sure hot cross buns and Simnel cake are kept away from your dog at easter . The fruits are very toxic for our pets .

What have we discovered today ?

That Ruffwear harnesses are the best for French Bulldogs. The adjustable straps are pawfect to fit over strong necks . Also the French Bulldogs are not only strong . French Bulldogs can just stop and don’t want to move . These harnesses are difficult to back out of . Which means the Ruffwear harnesses may prevent an accident happening .

Paula fitted Sid with his new forever harness . We have to say Sid the grey really does suit your colouring . I am sure you going to have a few heads turning, while you staying with your human Nana and Grandad .

We have fitted a few Ruffwear harnesses to our Frenchie family and they really are pawfect for this breed. They have the front clip on for those strong pullers .

Rock Sulphur

I use this during hot periods for Lottie Dog . I place in her bowl of fresh water and change water regularly through out the day .. I would use it in a fresh bowl of water in hot summer months for my rabbit and Guinea Pig and for my horse .

Use by generations in hot weather as an additive to drinking water for horses , dogs , cats and small animals. May help to keep your animals cooler as natural mineral dispersed into water . Also helping with itchy skin conditions during the summer months .Alliviating conditions such as dermatitis, hotspots and itchy skin. Reducing inflammation and infections .

I used this to help my horse many years ago as he suffered with sweet itch . My first spaniel Pebbles had flaky skin during summer months . My vet recommended this . Always change your water regularly when using this .

Keep out of reach young children .

Today Rosie came in for her forever harness fitting . We have to say she looked as pretty as a picture .

She is wearing a Ruffwear harness with a front clip . She is still young and helps with training . Rosie was such a good girl when having her harness fitted .

Welcome to our Tilly’s family Arnie and Sadie . These two precious puppies are miniature Pinscher’s .

They both came in for first collars and leads . We love nothing more than helping fit puppies first collars .

Guess who also travelled to Tilly’s with her hooman Mummy and Daddy to collect her Coopers ? It’s the oh so pretty Lola she really is a show girl . She watched all the puppy fun and was such a good girl .
