JOB OPPORTUNITY

Looking for a full time member of staff to live in a house share and work between house of canine and catello kennels
Must have experience with dogs in all aspects, be able to work under pressure and keep the site clean and tidy
Will be working with high drive dogs, rescue dogs and pet dogs
Must be 100% committed
And flexible
The day is a early start and will consist of cleaning , exercising dogs,grooming and help rehabilitate and fix behavioural problems of the rescue dogs

Just a thankyou to everyone putting up with changes over the last few months
It’s been a bit stressful this end !
Everything has calmed down after the summer and I have new staff members and everything is looking much brighter
😃
How ever payments is a nightmare
I have a list of people
To contact that have missed paying over the last few months and will be contacted soon
If anyone remembers not paying please drop me a message so we can sort this
Also going forward payments are to be made on collection by cash or bank transfer and ref dogs name before leaveing and proof shown to a member of staff
This will just save so much time trying to sort
A reminder of prices per day
£28 1 dog
£45 2 dogs shareing
£55 3 dogs shareing
£24 day care
£3 nightime toileting per night
Training price on request
Out of hours before 7.30 or after 6pm
Is additional £10
Day care for 5 days a week £100

Collect by 9am no charge for that day
But charged for the day what ever the time on drop of

Hey everyone 👋🏻

I know some of you already know me but to those who don’t, I’m Nicole. I previously worked at House Of Canine up until 3 years ago, sadly with a change of lifestyle I had to leave ☹️ BUT I am back to help!

It has been lovely to see many Old customers and as new this week and getting to know all the dogs in our care currently. A few things will be changing over the next few weeks but please don’t let this scare you - the changes happening are to make your life easier and for everything to run smoother!

I know these past couple of months have been some what stressful for most, but with everything now having some organisation and back to the highest of standards we are looking forward to seeing your dogs on their stay.

☀️ Heatstroke ☀️

As you’re all aware, this week we are facing a few very hot days of sunshine. This means walks will be limited, and dogs provided with cooling elements. Heatstroke can occur in dogs very very quickly, and if left untreated can become fatal, especially in brachycephalic breeds, geriatrics and neonatals.

**DOG OWNERS PLEASE READ**

If you know anyone has a dog that starts being sick /diarrhoea, please get them to a vet straight away ……it is so fast and they go downhill very quickly. Other symptoms include lethargy, drooling, change in temperament.
The vet believes it is a version of gastroenteritis that is highly contagious between dogs. However our dogs have not left home/our field so vet believes they have caught it from foxes/ wild animals. Our old dog Kim was put to sleep on Monday, the younger 3 have been / are in animal hospital.

This message has been forwarded from Barby Notice Board by me as is very important for all us dog owners in the district.

⭐️Please rest assured we haven’t had any cases in our kennels, but if your dog does display any of these symptoms we kindly ask you do not bring them in⭐️

⭐️If your dog does display these symptoms whilst with us, we will seek veterinary treatment with your local vet as soon as possible⭐️
