Sheriff Hutton Yorkshire Area fixture rescheduled for Sunday 18th January.

This weekend’s postponed Yorkshire Area fixture at Sheriff Hutton, originally scheduled for Sunday 11th January, will now take place on Sunday 18th January.

Paul Miller, Chief Executive of the Point-to-Point Authority (PPA) said: “I’d like to thank everyone involved for the work they put in to making this happen. It wasn’t easy but it’s a perfect example of people pulling together to do what’s best for pointing. Without teamwork this would never have happened”

12.2, Dartmoor, 7yr old. Excellent to hack/beach and lead rein but unwilling in the school needs a bigger more confident rider than I have. Has done 3 pony camps/ games. Excellent nature on the ground and no vices

Re advertised due to owners health condition
7 year old, 15.2 grey gelding

RoR eligible he has done all RC activities, attended XC and SJ clinics, has 3 lovely paces and would do a smart dressage test. He hacks out on his own and in company, is well behaved for a patient farrier, up to date with injections and teeth and is good to load in a trailer or wagon.
He would benefit from having lots of turn out or even living out as he can find being inside stressful and is sometimes rude on the ground. He will get anxious when left on his own and may take some time to settle into a new routine and so is looking for someone who is kind with patience and understanding. As such he is not for a novice.
He is a talented little horse who is ready to get out and about and will go far in the right hands. He will be an absolute bargain for someone looking to event- very straight and not spooky into all types of fences, ditches, water. Must be seen !
