We have been a bit quiet over the last few weeks as we have been very busy with the stud season and also welcoming the last few of our foals that were due.

We are overjoyed with the foals we have on the ground this season and are excited to see them grow and develop.

The start of the stud season has also got off to a positive start with the boys having lots of first time pregnancy scans and a few twin nips in the mix too.

It’s not too late to book your mare in to any of our stallions as with lots due to go home to their owners now they are scanned in foal we have a few livery spaces freeing up.

This young stallion is a sure one to watch for the future, taking KOTR and supreme in-hand at his first show of the season this year. Then winning Windsor.

Many congratulations to the Horse of the Year Show 2025 Coloured Ridden Non-Native Pony of the Year proudly sponsored by CHAPS (UK) and Appleton Grange Stud.

Also many congratulations to all the coloured horses and ponies and their connections that we have seen competing over the last few days at HOYS. It was so fabulous as well to see a coloured horse be crowned the the overall Supreme Horse of the Year. Congratulations to Jayne Ross and KBF Lucia.

Now weaned and ready to go to her forever 🏡 at the beginning of October.

By O’marcos First Foundation out of Miss Demeanour.

This fabulous filly was born on 7th April and is estimated to make 16hh.

Dixie as she is known at home is lovely sort with quality substance and limb, she is very correct and a good mover.

This filly will be sure to excel in any sphere, her dam was evented before retiring to become a broodmare and she would make a fabulous riding horse or equally would do well down the eventing discipline route or an allrounder.

We are excited to see what her future holds. Dixie leads and is upto date with farrier/worming.
