These two little loves, Buzby and Nelson are not related but live near each other so they are good chums as I walk them together every week. We were walking from the Knapton end of the Paston Way, so quiet and peaceful, we had the whole path to ourselves. After fresh rain, everything was so clean and green and utterly beautiful, lucky us❤️❤️❤️I had to get a video to show you how Buz runs along because it just fills my heart with joy every time I see it. Thought I’d share☺️

Wonderful brisk walk from Bacton to Walcott and back again with Lola this afternoon, she’s definitely getting fitter with our walks, usually twice a week. She was really stepping out today. A bit cooler and an off- shore breeze together with a calm sea meant quite perfect conditions, and all done in half an hour!

We have some beautiful wood carvings in Sadlers Wood at the moment, they are a lovely addition and much appreciated. I say ‘at the moment’ because I fear that once the school holidays start they may get damaged so I’ve put them on here for posterity. We had many lovely young fruit trees planted in the landscape a couple of years back, in a nod to the fact that a lot of this farmland was actually orchards. To my despair all but about three were deliberately snapped in two in a few days and obviously were not able to survive. Broke my heart 😭
