Clippers Dog Grooming

Morning everyone!
It’s going to be really hot today, so please refrain from walking your dogs to the salon.
I will be checking the temperature today, as we do have a small air con unit but only in the main grooming room of the salon and not the back room where we bath and dry the dogs. If it gets too hot for the dogs, and for us, I will need to re-schedule appointments.

For everyone I had to cancel last week, I will hopefully be sorting your appointments out today but please bare with me as I’m a bit behind - we very sadly had to put Kodak to sleep over the weekend, as you can understand we are all heartbroken 💔

If you have no other choice but to walk your dogs to the salon, please message me as it’s not worth the risk

Guys.. I’ve made online booking available for grooming services aswell as teeth cleaning, I’ve done my best to make it as straight forward as possible but it’s difficult as it’s not a one size fits all!

I’ve been struggling to keep up with all my messages so hoping this will help us all out 😂

FLEAS

Please be aware of our flea policy

Dogs coming to the salon with fleas will be sent home and charged for the groom/appointment & an additional flea charge to cover the cost of re-treating the salon

Please regularly check your dogs, we have this policy in place out of respect for our clients, to reduce the chances of other dogs getting fleas.

Please bear in mind however, that it is owners responsibility to ensure they are using appropriate measures to protect your dogs from fleas, as this is a high traffic environment for dogs.

Ticks however, can be removed by myself at the salon 😊

Morning everyone!

Just a quick one… I always do my best to get back to everyone as soon as I can, I sort out all appointments by myself whilst also grooming full time & being a full time step mum with a busy lifestyle.

Sometimes messages slip through the cracks (I get a lot) and I receive messages on multiple platforms, so it’s easily done.

I understand it can be frustrating if you don’t hear back from me in the time frame you would prefer

HOWEVER

I will not tolerate rude messages, phone calls or any other form of abuse. Messaging me, and speaking to me rudely isn’t the way to get booked in, you will simply be told to find somewhere else.

I am only human and running a business alongside family life can be overwhelming so please be kind
