Good evening everyone! 

❗️Groomer down! 🤧 ❗️

Im currently laid up in bed with what feels like a bad cold/ flu! I have a nasty cough, my whole body and eyes ache, and I feel absolutely drained.

I have made that difficult decision to cancel my day tomorrow, in the hope that it will soon pass and I can return back by Wednesday 🤞🏼

I cannot apologise enough to the customers I have had to reschedule, I’m not ill often, but this has definitely hit me hard 😔

Good morning!

As we approach our busiest time of year again i would just like to remind you all of our cancellation/ no show policy. ⭐️

No shows/ last minute cancellations have a huge impact on myself and my business, with loss of earnings and an unwanted gap in my day. And with short notice I am then unable to offer that appointment to another customer.

I do my best to send out reminders, but please don’t always rely on these.

Happy international dog day to all my lovely fury customers! 🫶🏻

A dedicated day to show our appreciation for our loyal and amazing dogs. They are not only part of the family, they have been there for us through the best days, worst days, providing us with endless support, love (and amusement 😂)

Hi everyone, I’ve had a few messages lately about the hot temperature and grooming, just wanted to do a quick post to let you all know that the salon has Air conditioning ❄️😎

If possible please park as close to the salon as you can to minimise exposure to the sun/heat.

⚠️ If however your dog struggles with the heat or has medical issues then please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to their appointment so we can discuss the best option for them. Your dogs comfort and safety is our main priority at all times ❤️

I’ve put a huge bright yellow sign on the door, and yet somehow people still aren’t reading it 😅

It’s super important that dogs in reception are given space, some are dog reactive or have been rescued and don’t like other humans.. this is how dog fights and accidents happen.

So please please respect our customers and their dogs space, and wait outside until reception is free.
