Kick start your 2026 year with a yoga workshop
Yoga workshop Sunday 25th January 2026
We will work on stability, flexibility and balance using poses and sequences from the many schools of yoga.
All welcome and excellent for horse riders and sportspeople
The morning session will start at 10am
We will focus on the core muscles to give us a good foundation for the practice.
Balance and strength originates from the deep core muscles.
A beautiful brunch is included and will be served at 11.30am to include vegan and vegetarian options. Alongside traditional cooked breakfast options
After a talk we will start the afternoon session at 1pm, this session will include some yin poses to work into the deeper structures within the body, it will benefit the fascia and hence improve flexibility.
The workshop will finish at 2.30pm
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and an open mind is all that’s required to come and benefit from what promises to be an excellent day
