✂️ OUR LAST DAY AT WORK TODAY UNTIL WE RETURN ON 29TH SEPTEMBER ✂️

✂️ We are Closed for a much needed holiday and to recharge our batteries ready for autumn.

✂️ The Grooming salon will be having a face lift whilst we are closed ( much needed) so we cannot wait to get back and see the transformation 😀.

✂️ New signage at the front of the shop will also be going up.

☎️ We will be unavailable via telephone after Tuesday 9th September until Saturday 27th September.

✂️ IMPORTANT We have limited availability for October, November & December, i strongly advise booking ahead to save disappointment.

✂️ New clients ✂️

🔴 We have had a number of dogs & cats booked in recently who were reactive/ aggressive that we have had to refuse grooming and send home. At the time of booking we do ask if your pet is reactive/ aggressive and we have not had complete transparency regarding these issues.

🔴 It is a legal requirement as a pet owner to disclose your pets bite history.

🔴 If your pet has ever been refused grooming elsewhere for biting or attempted to bite another dog groomer, WE need to know this at the point of booking NOT when you arrive for your appointment.

🔴 If we are made aware of any past aggression or bite history at the time of booking it will NOT be a automatic refusal. We can and will offer a free consultation to see where the issue/s are with grooming your pet/s. Being far warned helps us from being bitten.

🔴 Please do not play your pet/s aggression down ! Ohh he might mouth , he's not keen on etc.

🔴 We are self employed and cannot afford to be off work due to injuries sustained from reactive/ aggressive pets.

🔴 Please be transparent that way we can help you & your pet/s grooming appointment be a nice and enjoyable experience for everyone concerned.

✂️🐩🐈‍⬛ Having said all of the above we look forward to seeing all your pets EVEN the naughty ones, some of our nicest pets to groom were once reactive/ aggressive 🩷🩵 .
