Annual Winter Shutdown
We will close at 5.00pm Sunday 18th January 2026 and reopen Monday 2nd February 9.00am

⭐️ Important Notice⭐️

Tomorrow ( Monday 29th September) from 9.00-5.00pm we will have no power supply due to upgrading works to the main s supply to our area😱

The implications are that we will have no phone lines working, no access to any messages, no doorbells and even worse no coffee 🥺 😂

If you are dropping off or collecting pets please can you use your car horn to make us aware you are here.

Thanks in advance and 🤞 they pull their fingers out and get the work completed quickly.

**UPDATE**

The fire is finally in the final stages, just some smouldering debris left but no flames to be seen.

The farmers are cutting a fire break to assist with stopping the fire spreading.

Morning 😴
It’s been a long night as one of the haystacks caught fire just after 1am this morning🔥on the old Wigsley airfield.
Due to our proximity we are now on high alert for any developments that may affect not only our safety but the safety of the animals currently boarding in our care.
We want reassure anyone who is currently away that everyone is safe and we will be monitoring this situation constantly.
Whilst we appreciate any concerns you may have, we please ask that you do not phone for any update as we will be busier than usual. Messages through Facebook will be answered as and when time allows.
We will of course provide any updates here or if the situation escalates then we will contact you direct for anyone who’s animals are boarding with us 🤞🥰

Just a reminder that we close at 5pm tomorrow (Sunday) for two weeks, reopening on Monday 3rd February. During this time we won’t be replying to any messages, emails or phone calls. See you all soon x

Morning all 🌞😎 Internet service has been restored so we are fully operational and the door bell is now working 🎉🎉😂
Thanks for your patience, it has been a trying week!!

***IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Currently we have no internet connection, Wi-Fi and minimal mobile phone reception 😱
As a result we will not be able to reply to any emails or messenger messages until we are back online or when I can get to the local coffee shop ☕️😂
This also means no card payment facilities will be available so payments will need to be made by cash or bank transfer.
The suggested date for us to be back in the modern world is Friday 13th September however not guaranteed. We will post an update once we are back online again.
In the meantime if you need to contact us please could you use the good old fashioned landline 01522 778613, leave a message and we will phone you back.
