Job description

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Overview:
Join North East Aggregates Ltd, a leading supplier of natural and recycled aggregates in the Derbyshire, Yorkshire, and Humber region. We pride ourselves on delivering quality aggregate materials and professional services to various sectors within the construction industry. As a Sales administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and administration department and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Good knowledge of sage 50 is required.
· Collate tickets and cross reference for accuracy as required.
· Input sales data to internal software program
· Complete driver running sheets as required.
· Sales invoices via Roadtrak software and Sage 50.
· Check off and upload haulier & supplier purchase invoices.
· Post supplier payments and customer receipts onto Sage.
· Confirm payment dates with customer to keep within payment terms.

Additional Responsibilities:
· Send customer statements.
· Send supplier remittances.
· Copy and scan tickets as required.
· Take customer payments as required.
· Update company computer systems with data / information.
· Liaise with the commercial team.

Requirements for the Role:
Minimum of 1 years experience in accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage workload and work to deadlines.
Excellent sage 50 skills
Use of IT – be able to work on bookkeeping packages, accounts production software and Excel.
