IMPORTANT PRICING CHANGES AT DOGWOOD.. all to keep our herd Happy

At DOGWOOD we have had much to consider, and as from 12th September significant changes will be implemented to our pricing structure and times of trading, all to ensure we can continue to deliver our ongoing high standards in customer and pet care.

Over our previous years in trading, DOGWOOD has been absorbing the VAT charges in our business, being 20% of each booking returned to the treasury..

It is evident we cannot sustain this current tax deduction from our revenue and we now need to consider how we can drive business to keep DOGWOOD viable and equally sustainable and focused on rewarding our customers.

As from 12th September all bookings and services will be subject to VAT
‘HOWEVER… here’s the good news!’

Longer times for DAYCARE .. time changes/price changes
DAYCARE ~ is available Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri and now available for our two time options for check in. *Early Paws* 0715-0745. OR *Regular hours* 0900-1030… check out is 1630-1730
PRICE £24 first guest. Subsequent family guests £14 excluding VAT. The usual Early Paws fee is no longer applicable for non members booking DAYCARE

BOARDING ~ is available at the current advertised check in/out times priced at £27 for first guest and £20 for subsequent family guests…excluding VAT A reduced, Early paws fee of £10 ‘per booking’ is applicable, if customer requests an Early Paws check in.

DOGWOOD MEMBERSHIPS ~we are significantly reducing the annual membership fees on this very beneficial programme, but providing the same rewards and service to customers that very much rely on the ‘service of room guarantee and availability’ .. memberships are active once again on 1 Sept for purchase or renewal ( and again in January) we have reduced the fee to £100 plus VAT

We are very much considering our DOGWOOD customers in terms of value of services provided and we wish to be honest and transparent regarding our current trading and ongoing business costs and difficulties the pet boarding industry is facing with unlawful and unlicensed practices opening regularly.

We certainly understand our customers have a choice ‘but a reminder that DOGWOOD is a DAERA approved Daycare and Boarding facility , therefore licensed, insured, inspected and certified for trading’.

We very much appreciate our wonderful customers and overwhelming support at DOGWOOD and we invite your comments regarding our updated pricing/timing structure and indeed any efforts we can consider to make your DOGWOOD days ahead all the happier..
