Lunch time enrichment with snuffle mats, slow feeders and foldable puzzles! 🤔
Sniffing helps our dogs to calm their nervous system, as well as using their brain to problem solve! 🧩 which helps them to relax and feel tired 😴 perfect rainy day activity 🌧️☔️

Daycare can be fun… but it can also be a lot 🐾

For many dogs, daycare is constant stimulation — noise, movement, social pressure, excitement. Even dogs who enjoy it can become mentally overloaded.

That’s where walks come in.

A calm, sniffy walk allows a dog’s nervous system to down-regulate. Sniffing lowers arousal, gives the brain information to process, and helps them shift out of “go go go” mode and back into balance.

Think of it like this:
Daycare revs the engine 🚗
Sniff walks apply the brakes 🛑

Both have their place — but recovery is just as important as activity.

A dog who can decompress is a dog who copes better, sleeps better, and behaves better.🐶💚
